At Paramount K-9 Training, we believe puppy class is the foundation for everything that follows—it’s the most important step in raising a happy, well-adjusted dog. Our program is truly one of a kind in the area, designed to show you not only what works, but also what doesn’t, so you can confidently raise a companion who is trustworthy, independent, confident, and well-mannered.

Our 5-week puppy class covers all the essentials, from housebreaking, destructive chewing, and mouthing to other common puppy challenges as they arise. We also incorporate beginner agility exercises to help build balance, coordination, and trust—strengthening your puppy’s confidence in themselves and in you as their handler.

Socialization is a key part of our program, with structured interactions among other puppies as well as exposure to a variety of on-site farm animals. Throughout the course, we focus on preventing common behavioral issues seen in adolescent and young adult dogs, including separation anxiety, excessive fear, aggression, and pushy or demanding behaviors toward owners.

By the end of the 5 weeks, your puppy will have a strong foundation in basic obedience, including heel, sit, down, stay, stand, come, off, and leave it—setting the stage for a lifetime of success together.
